Pet Policy

Dogs and cats are welcome! Pet rent is $45 per month for the first pet and $35 for the second pet. $350 non-refundable dog fee and $300 cat fee per pet includes dog registration under PooPrints. Breed restrictions apply. Our restricted Breeds of Dogs (included, but not limited to): Pitbulls, Dobermans, Wolf Hybrid, American Pit, Bull/Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Presa Canario. Or mixes for these breeds. Please speak to a leasing professional for details.
